Charity runners only pay a £50 registration fee, which is refunded in full, if you attempt the challenge and meet the minimum £500 fundraising target

What are the options if I cannot race or cancel my entry?
Standard, early bird and discounted entries:
Refunds
In the event of withdrawing a 60% refund is available until 1st July 2021, and 30% refund is available until 29th August 2021. It is your responsibility to arrange a refund. You can do this by logging into your registered account.
The refund policy is stated here and also reconfirmed in the email you receive following registration.
Transfer to another runner
Transfer to a substitute runner is available until 1st July 2021. It is your responsibility to arrange a transfer. You can do this by logging into your registered account.
Roll my entry to another year
Unfortunately, we cannot 'roll over' or defer entries to following years. It's only fair to treat each entry on a first come first served basis to ensure everyone has the same fair chance of gaining entry.
Charity entries:
Note our charity places are not transferable to other runners or future races. If you decide not to race or fail to raise the money for any reason you will lose the registration fee. This is £50 for Ring O’ Fire and £25 for Firelighter.
